Wendy's - Fort Lauderdale

I returned my fries because they were cold... she gave me a fresh order but threw my fries back in with the old fries. Totally Nasty

Friendly staff but Very slow service. My chicken sandwich was served hot. Too bad it took 20 minutes to get. And the store was Not busy. Fancy coke machine out of All Coke products. ALL!

I pulled up to the drive through at 12:15am after someone just ordered in front of me for the recording to start playing saying they are closed. They are supposed to be open until 2am. This is not the first time this has happened at this particularlocation.

Absolutely horrible experience. Extremely poor communication. The time it took to get through the drive-thru was much longer than what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant on a early Thursday morning. The cashier gave me my food at the window, andupon inspecting my food items, I noted the French toast I ordered was missing. The cashier almost became argumentative,insisting the French toast was in the bag. Finally, he went around the corner and came back with my 4-piece. That is not reallymade it horrible experience...that was just the tip. The bag he gave me was all wrinkled and soiled. After driving off, Ireached into the bag for a potato wedge, pulled one out, and the wedge was ice cold! I was furious! If I didn't have to be towork, I would have gone back and gotten a refund. Furthermore, my sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was missing the cheese!Ugh! I am erasing this restaurant out of mind forever.

I wish i could give this 0 stars i just sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes I wish this was an exaggeration but its not the entire lunch break i had i spent waiting in that damn line. The server who helped me was very rude and did not look likethey liked working their service was horrible even for fast food
