Wendy's - Fort Lauderdale

Terrible service drive thru always secured eating was cold I have no sauces I told them I wanted in my bag they need a whole new staff

The worst place for food if ina rush. Theytake an hour to serve you through the drive thru and almost as bad inside.

My experience at this Wendy's was absolutely fabulous food was hard everything I asked for was on point no questions asked I will highly recommend this Wendy's great teamwork love it

Wait time is always terrible!! This was my second visit because I was in that area.My first visit was just for a drink a few months back. And my second visit was recently for food. It's like you wait so long for them to only service one car at a time which is weird because a lot of cars just drive off, but you would think that by waiting so long that everything coming out the window would be fresh!! Nope! they give you food that's funny tasting and cold! Last visit for me seriously my burger taste like they don't clean the equipment properly sorry..Drive-thru

6 employees standing around with a dirty restroom ?,my tray was encrusted with old ketchup looks like trays are not sanitized or cleaned properly,dining room area dirty,french fries in the entrance to the corner eyesore.And soda fountain not wiped down or sanitized in days.This needs to be addressed poor management.
