Vale Food Co - Fort Lauderdale

My new favorite place! I live and work in the area and thought I'd try something new. Yummy, healthy, delicious food. I'm definitely back.

My vegan friend was crashing over. She found this and loved it had an option for both of us. Amazing portion for the price. Def coming back here for lunch again.

I love this place!! They have such delicious and healthy food. I don't feel guilty eating here. Their bowls are so filling and taste great. Plus, they are filled with such nutrition. The feta meatballs are my favorite. So fresh and healthy. IG @shell_fine

Was in town scouting a possible relocation to the area and stumbled upon Vale. Being a vegan means being a little more particular about where to spend your money so you're not only left with a beyond burger/fries. As soon as I stepped in there, the staff greeted me and offered many suggestions for vegan options. I returned throughout the weekend and I'm happy to say that I will be in the area soon and can't wait to visit regularly. Can't speak to non-vegan options; however, if you want to go somewhere with great vegetarian/vegan choices, this is an excellent spot!

Today was my first visit, and I can already say I'll be returning! The manager greeted me as soon as I picked up the menu and kindly guided me to the hot food line, where I met a server who did an excellent job explaining my options. The food was fantastic, and the regular bowl was generously filled. The price is just right for a healthy meal in today's world. I usually cook at home, so having access to such good, quick, and healthy food outside is truly a treat!
