TGI FRIDAYS - Plantation

The order was not taken correctly, the food was cold and did not taste well, the table had left with all due long after eating and we waited for dessert, which was nothing like the picture and had lost the quality. manager tried to come back by visiting me for free at the next time, but I don't think I'm going to try another one. no good experience.

It was a beautiful environment, just a tad cold. the service was fast and the food was good.

To the greatest part it was okay, it has been for a few years since I was on Friday. I noticed that the menus have changed and updated with new options that were nice. However, the menus were dirty and we waited about 5 minutes to take a place. we were not created by the hostess at all. When she came to us, she asked how many were in our party. she really seemed very roaring! Anyway, the waitress was very nice, but she leaned from zigarettes! the food came out quickly and drinks were good.

Our reservation was not noticed that they obviously do not check for online reservations. service was really slow, an hour for eating and forgetting some of our order, not clean the table at all lots of personal go and run! past our table emptyhanded) eating was badly burned burger, cold chicken wings) not on all ordinary TGIF standard. that used to be my favorite hanging in plantation when I lived here and brought my children so disappointed.

We booked in advance a party of 16. When we got there on time nothing was set up and the restaurant wasn't busy. We had to ask for water and for menus. It was very disorganized and frustrating. The food came on time and correctly and was good.
