I like to start by saying, THANK YOU for having an online reservation system that was a great help to me. I search in my area and there was no such luck. To my surprise you all did. From the time that I entered TGI Friday's. I was very please and the serve was outstanding from all the staff that I came in contact with. The waitress that took care of me and family/friends was great with lots patience View all feedback.
What Cương Vương doesn't like about TGI FRIDAYS - Pembroke Pines:
The service was fairly fast, what really affected our experience was that the waiter didn’t bring us water. When we asked she forgot and only remember once we asked for the check. View all feedback.
They did not have my reservation from OpenTable as they said they were not logged in and had to wait 20 minutes to sit. The table that we sat in was open since we got there. The waitress was great if not for that incident with a rated it at 5 overall for service.
Very good waitress was awesome and professional love her and my daughter enjoyed her 13th birthday there thanks
