I discovered this restaurant by chance on my first visit, and it was a delightful surprise. The atmosphere is very cozy, with a lovely wooden floor and an impressive array of artwork, from paintings to unique tables and chairs. The menu features truly traditional Thai dishes that you won’t find at most other Thai restaurants. We tried the Crab Miso Soup, which was exquisite and quite different from the usual miso soup. There’s also a vast selection of sushi and sashimi. I will definitely return to explore more of the menu. The staff is incredibly friendly; you’re greeted warmly as soon as you walk in, accompanied by big smiles that make you feel like you’ve stepped into Thailand. This is definitely a great restaurant to visit, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. They also offer catering, delivery, and takeout options.
After we ordered and waited, everyone in my group—who are also sushi enthusiasts—was blown away by the flavors! I instantly fell in love with the sushi. The chef, named “K,” and our server, “Bo,” were both delightful! We ended up returning twice before we left. The prices were comparable to other places, with some even being cheaper. Make sure to try the Sex Bomb roll and the Sunrise roll… WOW! What surprised me the most was how empty the restaurant was. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t packed to the brim! Now, I feel motivated to help promote this small family business. I told them that if people knew what amazing sushi they serve, they might need a bigger location! They laughed at my enthusiasm. I truly promise that if you visit this place and don’t leave thrilled, just give me a call! I can’t wait to return to Florida just to enjoy this sushi again!
I did find the rolls a bit on the larger side, which made them a little tricky to eat, especially since the Lava Roll came with toppings. However, they were simply amazing! The Lava Roll has a slight kick to it, just a heads-up if you're not a fan of spicy food, but it was incredibly delicious. The Single Lady Roll was topped with a unique dill, yogurt, orange, and mango sauce, which provided a completely different yet delightful flavor. My friend’s shrimp Pad Thai was packed with jumbo shrimp and was perfectly cooked - neither dry nor sticky. To finish our meal, we shared some sticky rice, and the chef surprised us by bringing some green tea and vanilla ice cream to enjoy alongside it. We found the staff to be friendly and attentive, and I truly hope they can maintain enough business to stay open for a while because I’ll definitely be returning!
