Taco Bell Cantina Ft Lauderdale Beach

The manager Nick and the ocean view are its saving grace. Strangest taco bell experience I have ever had. It felt like the DMV ? (we don't need you, you need us). The music was literally so loud the staff couldn't hear anything you asked. It wasn't busy, there is no drive thru but orders take a long time but it was correct. Restroom was gross. No napkins in the lobby. There was rarely anyone at the counter. The kitchen lady was so rude and aggressive, even slamming her hands on the counter or waving people away with any customer that dared to inquire about their order or anything. I never saw anyone clean the lobby.

I wish there were an option to leave zero stars. This location is over priced and filthy. The customer service is beyond terrible. I stopped by this location while on the beach. Went to grab my pick-up order from the employee behind the counter and she yelled at me before snatching my bag from me. My name was clearly on the bag. Angrily she asked what my name was, I confirmed it was my order, she rolled her eyes and handed the bag to me. I've never felt more embarrassed inside of a Taco Bell. It makes more sense to visit the many other dining areas on the beach. Avoid this place at all costs.

Place is horrible... They say they're open until midnight but if you get there at 11:20 they will all be sitting on the floor in the kitchen texting with the door wide open but they tell you they are closed. Bottom feeder employees. Three tacos were $16. Huge RIP OFF.

Best and favorite Taco Bell ever! Highly recommended you will love it! This Taco Bell is a whole vibe. Once you go upstairs walk across platform and you will feel the vibe immediately. The music is bumping the jam jams. Turn up! The server customer service was amazing. You can order on screens or at register. Since I wanted the drank I ordered at the register. So if you trying to get the drank go to register. You can't order on the screen. I got a freeze with double Hennessy shot. I received my order right there and went to find seat with beach view. Stayed and chillin for a bit before I left. The establishment and bathroom was clean. There is limited street parking. Location is on beach strip. I will be returning to the area just to come here.

This place is one of a kind. It has a beautiful view and they sell alcoholic drinks. They also have a liquor store on the same property across from the beach. Love this beach!!!
