Subway - Fort Lauderdale

If I could not put a star I would my visit at subway by the Broward county courthouse was completely UNACCEPTABLE!! I was refused the restroom after purchasing something from subway the red skinned kind of chunky employee rolled her eyes and gave me a very rude look like I cursed or something then she laughed with another employee and said no the restroom is only for paying customer's and that it was out of order. So I just left and discarded food it just was extremely rude I've been to many subways, busier subways and never experienced that type of treatment

The customer service is awful. I walked in with my son and no one acknowledged that we were there. Seconds later a customer that they knew walked in he was welcomed and the last comment they said was we know he?s not going to buy anything. There are 3 people in the front but only one serving customers. A guy and girl are arguing over the trash and whether or not you should sweep before you take out the trash. One lady is taking her time cleaning empty bins meanwhile the bins with the lettuce and other fixings looks a mess. To the point where I had to request non withered lettuce. Another guy comes in so now the one lady is making 3 sandwiches at the same time she?s now confused. I glanced back and there are other workers in the back standing around doing nothing. We grabbed our food and left, we didn?t even bother to eat there. We ubered back to the hotel. In Houston the Subway we got to is run by one guy and he could run circles around these people.

Came in for lunch on wed 9/4 with my Fiance. It was 1pm and the line to order was extremely long. My Fiance desperately needed to use the restroom so she popped out of line and asked a woman (with multi-colored hair) if she could please get the key. The woman, without even looking at her, rudely said nah customers only . My Fiance pointed to me and explained we were on line and she really needed to go. She was then told that she has to wait til we buy something then . We had to leave due to her terrible attitude and complete disregard for customer service and for sure will not be returning.

I?ve been going here for years out of convenience of where I work, its subway so you know what you?re going to get is good; HOWEVER I?m sick of the unprofessional attitudes of the workers in this place! Always have negative vibes attitudes, they aren?t polite, they don?t even greet you! It?s just ?what kinda sandwich you want?? Is this real!!!?? I?m sick of it and management needs to do something about this because I?m taking my complaint further than google!!! I?m completely TIRED!

The worst ghetto subway I been to shes on her phone on FaceTime on speaker talking and laughing over the food them touching her phone eww bye never again
