This is a nice Irish Bar/Restaurant. I can understand all the good reviews and people raving about this place. As you walk in the place seems a little dark... medium lighting and a cooper countertop at the bar. Just a few regulars hanging out at the bar and a few tables on an early Monday afternoon. The menu has lots of bar food and a few of Irish favorites ... a few.. but really good! I decided to go with the Irish... View all feedback.

Very surprised about the 4 stars review average at this place. Went to Stout on a Saturday night with a few friends and it was completely empty, which ok it was a rainy night. We sat down and ordered a few beers, but to start they were out of quite a few of them so we had to keep choosing another option. We kept getting rushed to order our food, and at some point we were informed the kitchen would close at 8:30pm, so I ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread which didn't take long to arrive. The food was just average not bad not good, the cheese on the flatbread was not completely melted, but I still ate it. The bigger surprise came at the end, on their main entrance door it says the bar closes at 2am on Saturdays but we were informed by the waiter that we would have to leave at 9:30pm since thats the time they were closing that night. We had no other option, so we asked for the check, paid with a credit card and to make it even greater we learned that they charge a non-cash fee, which yes it was on the check very small at the bottom so no one saw it or expected.

The menu has lots of bar food and a few of Irish favorites ... a few.. but really good! I decided to go with the Irish specialty... Guinness lamb stew, I mean who can resist, and to go with it a Half and Half. The stew was hearty and delicious. Also tempting was the stout shepherd's pie. People at the bar seemed like they come here often and they said to try that next time. Service was very good and friendly. Really cold beer and bartender was very personable.
Gotta love a good Irish bar and Stout fit that bill the other night when we wanted to stop in with co workers. I drive by here twice a day on the way to and from work and while I had heard good things about it- I never had a chance to stop in until the other night when rain cancelled our outside plans. The bar takes up most of the inside but we sat a high top in the corner to gather with our group. Definitely an eclectic clientele on the night we were there. The service was very attentive. Blanca did a great job in taking care of our group and making sure we all had what we needed even while people were coming and going. She recommended some of their Irish dishes which we went with like the Shepards pie and the Fish and Chips. Both were quite good. And our drinks were well poured. Surprising to me that this place wasn't busier as when I used to drive by it was packed. Might be the after affects of the pandemic , or the change in the happy hour policy, or the fact that this was a Wednesday night, but it certainly wasn't because of the service or the food. Nice to know there is a place close to work to gather with friends. I'll definitely be back.
Stout is the perfect local place to watch a game! I'm not really into sports, but my friends got into the Women's soccer World Cup, and we went to Stout for the final game. We showed up about 15 minutes before the game started and got a large table with a great view of the game. Which really goes without saying because every table at Stout has a view of several TVs. It is really large inside but still manages to have a cozy feel of an authentic Irish pub. It has large decorative wooden seating. The bar is also big and spacious. They don't have a whole lot of vegetarian options (really no vegan options except fries). But they do have a bomb Mac and cheese that you can order without chicken. If you have a large party, want a cozy local pub, and are looking for a clean spots bar, this is your place!
