Sonny's Real -b-q Pit - Fort Lauderdale

I have been eating here for many years. I have never had a problem with service and it is always clean. The baby back ribs are a favorite of mine. The salad bar is always well stocked and fresh. The portions are very generous and the food is not expensive. I have never had a bad experience here!

I love the smoked turkey, beef brisket, pulled pork and beef, the mac n' cheese and corn on the cob is delicious. They have 4 different barbeque sauces to choose from one is almost as good as the next. The corn nuggets are to die for....Sweet Tea is fantastic... I can't say enough.

I've visited this place many times, for many years, with many different people. It's always clean, the food is always fresh, the service is always efficient and the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food. The drinks are served in glasses so large that you never have to wait for refills. The salad bar is always clean and well-stocked with a good variety of items; which can be a meal or added to a meal for a little extra. Try the mac/cheese if you like really creamy and cheesy. The baby backs are my favorite but I (and everyone I have gone with) have never had a complaint about the food. The side portions are adequate and the garlic bread is really good. The banana pudding is worth saving room for. They also have a very convenient drive-thru.
