Contribute FeedbackDespite celebrating a special occasion, the poor service and disappointing food left a bitter taste for one diners. The clam strips were crumbly, the fish overcooked, and portions were lacking. Another diner found the food warm and the service lacking, despite tasty chowder and biscuits. However, one visitor enjoyed SCRIMPFEST in Florida, escaping NYC prices. Mixed reviews suggest a hit-or-miss experience for diners at this Red Lobster location, with some hesitant to return.
The service was great but the food was awful. The shrimp pasta meal had like tiny shrimp in it. The chicken meal tasted reheated and the baked potato was burnt. It will be a while before I go back
The food was awful. My order included clam strips which were tiny pieces of crumbles. The fish was paper thin and over cooked. The butterflied scrimp was mediocre at best. The bay scallops were soggy. Just could not consume the food. We paid bill and left. Been to other Red Lobsters but this was the worst experience ever. Obviously we don’t plan on returning
Food and service were very good. Everything was cooked to our liking. The server was very nice and helpful
Good food... Our Servicer was good … even though very busy!!
Well, it's that time of year again: SCRIMPFEST! So nice to be in FL for in and not have to pay the NYC premium. Had a great time and would definitely return to this location
