This is a delicious place for some quick service Greek clamps like Gyro and Falafel. Her salmon is particularly delicious, they cook it on the flat top and it is a good amount of fish for the price. Can't go wrong with their sides like pommes, salad and potatoes! This is my favorite place for a quick lunch or dinner. They offer indoor seating, outdoor covered seating and also take space. What Paula Rodriuez doesn't like about Papaya Gyro And Grill:
The hostess was VERY rude to start our experience, she acted like we were bothering her and was very annoyed with us. When another woman took her place she was just as angry did not smile or acknowledge you were there. The bathrooms were disgusting we actually waited until we got back to the hotel to use the facilities. The food was alright for the price......would never go there or recommend anyone to go. Had the Gyro Pita with Pommes, it was fantastic! I also have one for my wife and eight years old son, and they love it too. I've always been a big fan of Gyros.. They were there. I would definitely recommend!
I’m a frequent eater at this location. Order online, phone, in person... doesn’t matter it’s all just as fast. Now, this is what I call fast food! Fresh ingredients you can taste the difference here. On this visit we had two dishes. The pork skewers which were cooked perfect and seasoned well. And the falafel platter with the seriously pleasing crunch of the falafels. Salad and dressings were fresh. Pita bread makes a great edible sponge for mopping up the dressings.
We visit Fort Lauderdale 1 to 2 times a year and always go the Palm Grille (formerly Max’s). The location on the Las Olas Riverfront is great, the food always good and though the menu changes it is always a good value and a good time.

First impressions are very important and they should really reconsider the girls they have greeting patrons.
