Naked Crab - Fort Lauderdale

The food was Ok. But the place is pointlessly overpriced. We had been in Fort Lauderdale and Miami and dine out whole week. This was the most expensive place and not worth it.

Fantastic food but terrible atmosphere. We have travelled Florida for 3 weeks and got the best food at the Naked Crab with a good hostess. The noise level was like a busy trainstation with the staff takling loud, the other guests using phones, tablets or just beeing loud. I do not know if it is ok, to let your children look at very loud tablets or speeking on phones with speakers, in the US. In Denmark it is not social acceptable and a restaurant will not accept it either. The restaurant should protect their paying custuners, and ask the loud customers and their children not to polute the atmosphere with noise. We would have come back even though the high prices but the noiselevel was probably the worst I have experiensed.

Shout out to Egan for being a great person. We had a few issues during our meal and he totally went above and beyond to take care of us. However, service is important from all perspectives and Leidy was mean. She wasn 't helpful at all. We had reservations and I had to tell her how to seat us and where to seat us versus us waiting which was her recommendation. Egan took care of two tables as our party was large. That was the expectation that we have for a restaurant and a hostess who should be personable. Also, I had an issue with my credit card company and he waited patiently while they unblocked my card. Thank you Egan!
