However, the food quality was generally good, with standout dishes like samosas and Indian fusion cuisine. The restaurant has a luxurious, modern atmosphere, and the owner and manager are welcoming. The menu offers a variety of flavorful dishes, making it a great find for travelers looking for authentic Indian cuisine. Overall, the restaurant provides a London-level quality dining experience with good service and knowledgeable staff.
The large vegan menu was the main reason I wanted to try this place. When we arrived, I asked for the vegan menu as it wasn’t with the regular menu. Once we ordered it was explained that they don’t have tofu because of “something with the inspector.” (Which I’m not sure what that means. Then multiple other items on the menu were not available for both vegan and non-vegans alike. Service was slow, which was hard to fathom as their was only one other table. What we ordered tasted good...but it wasn’t what we originally had in mind.
Loved this spot. Tons of vegan and GF options and the rosemary vegan naan was DELICIOUS!!!
I suggested this Indian restaurant in Fort Lauderdale for our group because I saw on here that they have a separate vegan menu. Everyone was really impressed with the food (I’m the only vegan)… except my food was way too spicy even though I ordered it mild. First time I’ve ever had vegan naan! Everyone thought it was a bit odd that the restaurant looks like a nightclub and played trance type music.
This was by far the best Indian restaurant I have been to! They have a separate vegan menu. We had samosas, nizami subz korma, mokshe baigan, rosemary roti, truffle mushroom roti and mango sorbet for dessert. Everything was super yummy.
The dish I got seemed like they just used a jar of cheap, tomato like simmer sauce one gets at an Indian market (mostly tomato paste and sweet), plus the water glass had a foul smell. The samosas were good. Much better Indian food to be had elsewhere this place is for tourists near beach who won't know better and the place isn't really trying to get return customers. #Veganuary
