I visited this restaurant for the first time last Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised with dinner. Although it was a set menu, I really enjoyed the 3 course meal. You have to try the Yaka buffer they melt in your mouth. Presentation and flavors are on the point. John the server was so attentive and knew what to recommend. What User doesn't like about Marti's New River Bistro:
Thirty. I reserved a window seat for 6:00, but when I arrived, I was told I couldn't sit on the window. My appetizers were mixed and the manager sucked. When I saw that my daughter and I were the only African American diners, I felt that this restaurant was only on the white Elitists. View all feedback.

That was my first time at Marti? My friend and I saw a show and decided to stay close to the theater so we could get good food, the river and pick up. Our server was wonderful. She was attentive and always had a smile. The drink from the bar was good. The menu is set for the night and offers unique selection of everything from appetizers to dessert. The appetizer was good, a roasted Kimchi flavor rice ball. The people at the table next to us said the shrimps were **** Mary uneventful. Apartment. Bland. The biggest disappointment was the main course to be the Butternuss-Quash, Farro and Risotto. My dish didn't have a crisp, just a piece of a hollow our furs filled with Farro. The Farro/risk was dry and tasteless. Risotto is creamy, right? I tried to scratch squash from the skin, but it was hard not cooked. $70 for a person is a lot of money to be disappointed. We don't want to go back.
Restaurant was beautiful and with a great view. The food was very good. Loved the presentation. Portions were quite small, but I didn't care how to prefer the smaller dinner. Would come back if the menu is different than they have a fixed menu.

This restaurant is beautifully set very picturesque with the lawn river view out the window. That 's where everything else stopped Don 't dine here unless you like food prepared by a chef that probably took a course in 'micro wave ' cooking and received a C- grade. I ordered 1/2 chicken glazed with peach sauce. It came out in less than 15 minutes. Proof it was micro-waved. It was tough, tasteless grainy. I considered the trout but it was prepared with strips of bacon. So a healthy option was full of bacon grease. I mentioned it to the waiter he ignored my comment. What a disappointment to such a beautify set convenient location.
