Major League Heros - Fort Lauderdale

So I called in my order so I could pick her up and be ready to go. You said it would take about 10 minutes to fill the order. I came there about 10 to 12 minutes later and the guy in front of the house was busy on the phone with other orders. Grilling in the kitchen is all I heard. When I told him who I was, he went back and made the order. I'm sorry, but that's unacceptable. Some of the guys I work with have done the same and placed orders before time. Most had to wait to fill their order. I thought I would try it myself because sometimes people exaggerated situations. I'm sorry to say that, but maybe you don't make your business much longer.

Apparently there are new owners. The original guy sold to Sergio?? Went downhill FAST in the last few weeks!!! They couldn 't make a simple Italian sub with a minor request. I went in and they had to remake the whole thing, wrongly again. It was soggy, looked like they put it together with a weedeater and was very light on meat. I called to ask for a better job this time and a woman with a heavy accent gave me attitude like it was my fault I wanted something made right. She started to blame her kitchen staff as being incompetent or something but by this point I decided an extra 5 minute drive would be well worth it to eat from a much better sub shop. Their once good business name is now mud. LIES!!!!! I did not order a wet sub. It had no oils nor an over abundance of veggies. I never gave you my name when I called in to ask you to do better. So you do not know who I am and you couldn 't possibly have any recollection of my order. Except if you do remember, you had to actually remake it twice while I was standing there in front of you. Spin this anyway you want but you lost me and all my co-workers as customers at the very least,,,, and hopefully I 've made potential consumers know you are mediocre at best and will make up lies to try and cover your inadequacies. You had your chance to make it up to me on my phone call but chose to blame the consumer and while also calling your own staff inept. Nice management skills.

Called before 11 am and placed an order, was told it would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. Reviewed phone number twice with the guy on the phone who mentioned the regular delivery lady was out. We always make sure they have our phone number because they don?t seem to be able to find our suite, other deliveries have no problem. Have ordered many times from this place and tip generously. Called at 11:35 because the order hadn?t arrived, they had written down one digit of the phone number incorrectly. The guy on the phone offered to bring it when delivering another order, however a lady took over the called and refused. She was very rude and unhelpful, stated we could come pick it up because she was busy. Not a good way to handle the situation, but a great way to lose a customer. We don?t need to order from there again, many options available in Fort Lauderdale.

It is super cute here from the staff to the inside of the shop! It is not huge but their menu and items offered is plenty. They have a huge selection of subs, drinks and salads.

Best Philly Cheesesteaks from a mom and pop store ? The staff was very nice and the area was clean and they accommodated us with anything we needed help with . I definitely will be back when I?m in the area
