The day before yesterday I stopped in this business to know that I think they got 5 stars. I used to be in there to eat something before work, first time customer. You get it right. Cleanliness, great service and an extremely high degree of care re: food treatment for the customer. What User doesn't like about Jamba:
The girl on the register that worked on 8/6 in the evening needs a cessation check. She was unreasonable both to my friend and another woman inside, completely unproven. My friend wanted water, and the rest of us wanted to order the menu, but we didn't even stay after we talked to her. View all feedback.
Store was clean and servers friendly. Gave 4 stars because the vanilla bowl was more like a watery smoothie in a bowl. Was disappointed as I had the acai bowl there and it was great in consistency and taste.

I had previously gone in there to get something to eat before work, as a first time customer. They get it right. Cleanliness, great service andan extremely high level of care re: the food handling for the customer. I spoke with the manager to tell her my opinions andcompared them to the surrounding businesses that also handle food; that drop the ball. The manager is super and I told her of myexperience as I watched everything and her working as I waited/watched for my food order. Way to go and thank you. The bagelplace, the pizza place, and the sub sandwich place surrounding Jamba Juice have serious cross-contamination issues.

Worst experience. None of the employees that were on the clock could answer the question of if they could sell me a fruit cup with strawberries and blueberries instead of the kids blast so they asked an off the clock employee that was just coming throughon her day off and she said they couldn?t because there wasn?t a button for a fruit cup. All this while I?m standing there withmy one year who just wanted some fresh fruit and not the yogurt or the frozen drink. All I needed was 10 blueberries and a cutup strawberry. Blows my mind. She also said that the reason they couldn?t do that is if they did it there and I went to adifferent one, they wouldn?t be able to do it. Well don?t worry not only will I not be going to another one, I won?t ever go tothis one?.EVER!

Super friendly staff I love the fact that I work beside them and enjoy my drinks everyday Keep the greatness AwesomeTEAM ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Pb chocolate love, add a scoop of frozen yogurt, take bananaout and enjoy ????
