I only gave it 2 stars for the simple fact that the proprietor(I think) was extremely nasty to his employees. The young man running the food line (Eric) was amazing! He worked like a machine to crank out the orders.(On his day off no less) Yet the older gentleman there chose to berate him when it was time for him to leave to his primary job. I love Dunkin' Donuts! Their donuts are the best. My favorite donut is the chocolate sprinkle.
I'm not exactly sure what changed, but this place has an excellent daytime staff! They might be a bit overwhelmed, but they’re doing a great job. I stop by for my espresso before taking my beloved Bianchi out to my favorite local spot.
The staff members at this restaurant could use some improvement in their customer service. A smile would really enhance the overall experience. Additionally, my ice cream had a burnt taste, which was disappointing. I considered asking for something else, but I wasn't confident that the staff would prepare it properly.
Drinks are always made really super fast and friendly!
