I was at Dapur Kitchen this week for a site inspection with my concierge association. Eddie one of the owners, was the driving force behind Galanga restaurant in Wilton Manors, which he has sold. I found the decor to be sleek and modern. It was impecabbly clean. Their concept is small tapas plates and trendy cocktails, but they have a few large plate dishes as well. I loved their cinnamon beef dish. It was something that I had never expierienced before. They also brought out a chicken Pad Thai. Their salad was topped with a ginger dressing and asian pear. It was quite enjoyable. The appetizers were a fritter with vegetables cooked in and a crispy lobster roll type sushi that was delightful.
