We've visited this restaurant several times, and it has consistently been outstanding. The food and service are both top-notch every time. What Dino Catozzo doesn't like about Canyon:
Cool atmosphere. The private room for a corp event was very cool. Bartender Jose was fantastic. Service friendly. But the food was average at best. Small overcooked scallops on top of fake risotto (just rice)?! Overpriced. Limited menu. Don’t go outta of your way for this place View all feedback.
The brunch options were very interesting and unique, featuring intriguing "Canyon" twists on traditional dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Overall, it wasn't a wonderful experience. The food and drinks were good, and the service was decent. However, the drinks were a bit pricey. They should consider offering a brunch drink special with unlimited mimosas or bellinis, or some kind of signature brunch cocktail.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The atmosphere, bar, and drinks are all fantastic, and the food is amazing! The music really brings the place to life and adds to the fun. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!
In the new room ate and felt that there was no character for the room. Eat and drink very good and service was excellent.
Our server Melia was amazing, so friendly and warm she made Bernie's birthday so wonderful Thank You!!
