Burgerfi 17th St - Fort Lauderdale

The burger could use some improvement, particularly with the bread being too soft. The fries were the biggest disappointment—soggy and greasy. However, considering the price, it's still worth a visit.

This was my first visit to Burgfi, and I had an excellent experience right from the start. The manager was incredibly warm and welcoming. When he noticed I was having trouble deciding, he offered some quick suggestions that I really enjoyed. My server, Jev, was even more friendly and helpful. He quickly understood that I wasn’t familiar with some of the items on the menu and took the time to explain how things worked at the restaurant. The service I received was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you, Jev, for making it an unforgettable experience!

As a first-time visitor, I found the staff member who served me to be extremely helpful and polite. Although my order was for takeout, I couldn't help but notice how clean the restaurant was while I waited. The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious! I regret not visiting Burger? Fi sooner!

I ordered a trip for the family back in our hotel room; that was a simple walk. Food tasted great, from the burgers, onion rings fries to my younger son grilled cheese (he says it had no crust; Bonus! . Wife was very happy with her breakfast-all-day burger. Ultimate bacon double cheeseburger obviously does not come with blows; I was disappointed, but the menu does not list them, so I think that was on me. Family Size Pommes, urban style, were very good; Onion rings were amazing. The service was good. The card reader leaves a tip; I had no objection to leaving one, but I think it should be opt-in instead of opt-out to prevent accidental overloaded customers. Prices feel a little high to go here regularly, but also everything else in the area. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

In the register they basically force you to leave a tip to take out essentially where the workers basically ignore you. Pay your workers a fair wage, at these prices there is no excuse. I paid more than $20 for a burger and pommes, that's crazy. Most Burger Fi isn't that. Save your money and go somewhere else.
