This place is hit or miss mostly miss. The picture associated with this location says MORE about it's worth and reliability.. Will you get your food maybe will it be right HELL NO! It is Monday morning at 9:45 o'clock. I have never seen so slow service in an almost food restaurant in my life. not to mention the personal is quite rude. the girl in the window never said a word and when she returned my credit card and then if she gave me my food, she wouldn't even turn her head into the window. everything I ordered was a sandwich and I felt like I was sitting in the window forever.
That is the most terrible burger king in broward county! Every time I go there, they have a attitude as if they liked me to do one waiting for me. the manager here should instruct his employees to say basic civil manage, please and thank them at least. they have no respect for the customer in respect of respect or common courtesy! I have been in South Florida for 40 years, this is by far the most bad in terms of customer service, or respect for customers!
These people need to understand a couple things!:1. Don’t be so rude to your customers!! Realize it’s not their fault you’re working there!2. When people place a mobile order to be picked up at the drive-through… You are not supposed to ask them to come inside….. You defeat the whole purpose of your technology that’s supposed to make it more convenient3. Teach your staff to use the words “please”, and “thank you”, instead of grunts and mumbles!

Not good this morning. Went inside and nobody was there. Waited 5 minutes for her to even say good morning. Waited another 5 minutes for her to take my order. Not very polite either.
