Backyard - Fort Lauderdale

A wonderful discovery with excellent products! The atmosphere is quite nice, and there's an arcade game available. Overall, fantastic!

It was our first time there yesterday, and I found the place quite nice and the concept very interesting. Unfortunately, I received a cold original burger. I went back to ask a young man to heat it up for me, and the person who took care of my burger just threw it in a grill while blowing out the word "microwave" to his colleague, but I didn't hear exactly what he meant. My burger ended up in a toaster with its bag still on, which I find unacceptable given the price. The servers were not pleasant, and aside from the fries, we were a bit disappointed. We won’t be returning. Sure, it’s not a gourmet restaurant, but still…

I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I have to. It took 45 minutes for a take-out order. When you choose take-out, it usually means you're not going straight home, so at Brut Butcher, you're left eating your salad with your fingers and, of course, without any dressing. Your burgers and fries are cold, and the sauces you ordered? Well, they didn't come. And don't even get me started on the coffee. (By the way, the ice cream that cost €4.50 is the size of a Sephora sample.) Let's just say I won't be returning.

I want to say thank you to the Security team from Saturday night. They were very attentive and helpful. They came to my friend’s rescue right away, when my friend passed out temporarily from having his blood pressure dropped down drastically. On another note, all the fans from the upper location were broken !! Because when I asked one of the employees he said they don’t work So is hot and muggy upstairs. Please fix your FANS!!! I know there are not there just for decorations!! Again shout out to the SECURITY team!!
