Maria's Gelato - Fort Langley

We wanted to get gelato, but were unsure about cross-contamination. We called ahead and explained that our three year-old has celiac disease. The staff assured us that their gelato is gluten-free, except for flavors with cookies or ladyfingers. They said they would use a clean scoop from an unused section. They do have gluten-free cones, but we noticed they were stored next to gluten cones. They seemed open to understanding our concerns and hopefully will make changes in the future. We ordered a kids cup and they even put her spoon in a separate bag. They were very helpful and accommodating. They also offer gluten-free baked goods, but we only tried the gelato. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

We came to Maria's for Coffee and ended up here three times in our 4 day stay. We had Amazing Gelato and freshly brewed Coffee and the most delicious sandwich called Avocado on toast. Completely recommend it. Funny our first night in Fort Langley we saw every second person walking down the street with Ice cream its no secret Maria's Gelato is amazing . Don't miss out on this Fort Langley treasure.

Great place for gelato! Have been coming here for years!So sad to see that its closed though :( there was no sign or anything saying they've moved or are under construction

They make their Ice Creams and Gellato on site with natural ingredients. Lots of selection. They also do fancy coffees.

The gelato tasted good, but honestly I was shocked when I was handed the tiniest two scoops in a cup for $5.95. Definitely not worth it. It's really important to get value for your money. The value was simply not there.
