I usually order some tea. But here recently I have been given no sleeve or another cup (which they were doing a while ago until recently). Today the cup was extremely hot that I had to keep switching hands. Not a good experience. I get saving money but the manager should cut costs somewhere else if you can’t hand sleeves or extra cups. Or just don’t make it burning hot.
A nice young girl was taking our order at the drive thru and we ordered 3 lemonades, a frap, a chai tea and a frozen lemonade. We also ask for a small black coffee to which a very Rude women cut in on the microphone during my order and told me they could not get the coffee due to only allowing 6 drinks in the drive thru. I understand this especially in busy time of day but this was at 3:30 in the after noon with no one in the drive thru while we were there. They also made us park and wait while they prepared our order which is fine but why couldn’t we get the coffee if we were already being parked to wait? The customer service today was definitely not what I expect at Starbucks.
Love the place very helpful in finding what I wanted cause I'm not much of a coffee
They get my order right every time I never have any issues I would much rather go out on my way to go to this one then go to veterans
