Mcdonald's - Fort Gratiot

Great service! We went through the drive thru and had a huge order! Our order taker was very polite and happy to help, and the one who brought our food out to us was great, didn't complain, and was kind. 50 stars!

This McDonald’s is spot on when it comes to accuracy of orders and quality of the food. The fries are always fresh and the Coca Cola just hits a little different here for better of course. They’re always busy but it’s a McDonalds worth the wait for. The staff is friendly and it’s also one of the few McDonald’s that has decent space to sit.

The new playground is great! my daughter really loved it. his brand new and the equipment makes music when they stand on it or push it. eating was good and hot, though, that was the least of her worries. overall I would say great experience.

Pleasantly surprised to find I could get an ice cream cone, and that their machine wasn't down, which I run into at most locations by where I live.

The restaurant has a spacious and inviting atmosphere, and it is clean and well-maintained, featuring the modern, familiar McDonald's design. The management and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They actively enforce social distancing policies by guiding guests to their tables, which adds a personal touch. Overall, this is the first McDonald's I've visited in a long time where I didn’t have to wait excessively or feel concerned about anything. Keep up the great work, everyone—you’re maintaining the positive reputation of a fast food restaurant!
