Crystal Beach Gateway - Fort Erie

It was busy, but really cold hash browns, and sausage... and both plates.

I 've tried this place with my family on a lovely evening. The server lady Brandi invited us in and provided us with great hospitality. She provided coloring books and crayons for my nephew. We ordered a couple of their signature items including the Godfather Burger . Everything was so delicious and we decided to try more items next time. I express my gratitude to the Crystal Beach Gateway staff for their delightful treat.

Stopped in after the beach didn’t get to eat because as soon as we walked in waitress said we are very busy (15 people in restaurant) so take a seat if you wanna wait (Not very welcoming …… so we sat for about 10-15 minutes didn’t even get asked if we wanted a drink so we just left

I was there at around 11:30 this morning, and I waited near the sign that said Please wait to be seated , until the waitress told me to go pick a seat and that she 'd get to me when she could.After I sat down, I heard her tell everyone who came in after me that it 'd be at least 30 minutes to get food. She came over to me about 10 minutes later and asked me what I wanted to drink, I told her I knew my whole order, and she said that 'd have to wait, and took my drink order, but left while I was in the middle of a sentance asking for it.She came back a few minutes later with the wrong drink. I waited, and when she came back to take my food order, I tried to talk to her about the drink, but she turned and walked away while I was in the middle of my sentance again.I decided not to risk my food not coming the way that I asked for it either, and decided to leave. I tried to tell the waitress that I was leaving, but she just told me I needed to wait, and I wasn 't about to do that again, so I just left.I hope she noticed before she put the food order in, because if she didn 't, it would have sat on the table untouched with the untouched drink.I understand that you 're busy, but you probably shouldn 't walk away from your customers while they 're mid-sentance.Parking: It 's gravel and uneven, but it 's there.

I made a stop for gas at the Flying J and I was referred to have a locals favorite, Poutine which it’s only fries, cheese curls and gravy.We stopped at Crystal Beach Gateway since we saw that local vibe and we were looking for that kind of place.The locals there took the time to explain the recipe and it’s history, made us feel welcome ?Our order was made fresh and quickly, and delicious ?
