Chuck's Roadhouse - Fort Erie

I recently returned from a birthday dinner celebration and it was fantastic! We had a party of 14 people in a reserved room. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing! The steak and lobster were outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Wings are soggy and disgusting, I've had better frozen wings from WalmartCalamari were so undercooked they were probably de thawed in a microwave.

Food was good, prices were good, but the service was not very good at all It took time for our server to take care of us.

Have to say we, were disappointed visiting the Fort Erie location yesterday.Got there and a line up which was very much ok. Sat in line. Went to the bar to get us eat a drink. Stood at the bar for over 10 minutes waiting for the bartender, who was talking with a couple at the bar. He never did serve me, even though he saw me waiting.Next the hostess, gave our place to a couple that had came in after us, while I was at the bar trying to get a drink, while my wife sat waiting for the table.Finally got our table, ordered drinks, then the waitress, when she brought them, dropped my wife's drink all over her!Next we were moved to a new table, meanwhile other people who came in after us, were already eating.We ordered next, finally received our food. Disappointed, as the wings were undercooked. Not to complain, as we were frustrated, took them home, to crisp them up in the oven.Last but not least, our bill was incorrect, and had to wait for at least 10 minutes before the manager found time to correct.All in all, not a nice time.Hopefully the restaurant reads this and corrects the problem. It is a very nice roadhouse, and hopefully we will have a better experience next time we are there.GT

Yesterday, our friends treated us to a wonderful meal at Chuck's . It was a very busy time so patience was necessary. Our server was on the run but he got the job done. My wife ordered the New York steak and says that it was the best steak she has ever had. The side of baked beans was excellent and tasted like more. My ribs were also excellent and worth ordering again. The salmon was also wonderful. We will definitely be making the trip back to Fort Erie for another visit to Chuck's Roadhouse.
