Stewart's Shops - Fort Edward

This parking lot is not the easiest to get in and out of, but I do love this Stewart's, I go there in the afternoon and evenings and everyone is always SUPER friendly and helpful. Sometimes I get to smile with the people working and sometimes I get to laugh. If I want something they don't have they make it. If I don't see what I'm looking for on the shelf they check. I've gotten to know most of the employees by name, everyone really seems to love their job and it shows. Food is always full, everything is always clean. Katie, Matt and Ian are my favorites to run into! You can tell they really care and they are all so sweet! Fort edward is becoming a bit of a rough area, so it is a value to have a place and people like this to brighten up the area! The new air freshners were also they idea of a worker from this Stewart's! Now I'm sending in ideas too! Give it a try!

I live around the corner from this Stewart's so typically I'm in the store almost every day, I spend alot of money here. I bought a 12 pack of Pepsi $8.61) when I got home, 2 minutes later, there was a puddle of soda on my car floor so one soda must've had a whole in it so I bring it back. I tell the same lady heavy set glasses) what happened, she refused to let me exchange it out. I asked her to get her manager who then let me exchange the 12 pack of Pepsi out. I see so much now a days where customers are being treated so wrong and unfairly. You want their service you want them to keep coming back and to keep spending money, but you chose to have a bad attitude. I will go the couple extra minutes down the road to the other Stewart's from now on to avoid that ladies nasty attitude.

Great quick service. Clean facilities, surprisingly good food.

Anytime I have been at this store, the staff is very pleasant.

I was just in there and Paige was extremely helpful, understand and polite. She's a dedicated, hardworking asset to Stewart's.
