This Duncan location was quite busy this morning, but the staff worked hard to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that orders were completed in a timely manner. Keep up the great work! You truly make the mornings of your customers much better.
Initially, I had a negative impression, but I’ve changed my mind and now give this restaurant 4 stars for their impressive efficiency during peak traffic times. I would have rated them a 5 if they had assisted me when I went inside instead of only using the drive-thru service. However, I commend them for handling the crowd so well.
The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the facility was clean.
Hot and crispy (not soggy) Hash Browns
