Like, an absolutely WONDERFUL and YUMMY experience! Q made the most incredible tuna footlong with numerous toppings for me! And she was most gracious, patient and down to earth, complete with a great sense of humor, as I crafted the sandwich! Then, LIZ, at the register, was very nice and explained how I could get discounts on my next visit! Great customer service allthe way around! So I highly recommend this restaura... View all feedback.

I ordered my sandwich Julio started talking to the rest of the staff about how he tried my order and how it made him sick and want to throw up. Why would he speak about this so openly in front of the guest? Then I went to pay and he ignored me to countthe cash rather than taking care of the customer first. Not a good look. View all feedback.

Food good, just prices keep going up and no longer reasonable for what you get in my opinion.
Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!! Ordered online for pick up and it was incorrect! When you go in and edit before checking out apparently it completely removes any changes you made! So called them and got no help with making it right! Wasstuck with sandwich that wasn?t ordered and not wanted!! Will not go back anytime soon! Very very disrespectful communication aswell!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Might be worth the trip to the college!! Terrible way to run a business!!!
I dont know who manages this Sunway but it 's absolutely horrible. Everytime we try to use the online order system there is an issue. Today we ordered and then when we went to pick up our order they shut the doors and said we had to put a could notfulfill order ticket in on the online app. So now not only are we out money for their issues but we are also out supper. Whoclosed at 7pm? Seriously the only reason we choose to go to this subway over the other one is because it 's closer to our houseand it has a microwave to warm sandwiches.
