During our vacation from California, we sought out authentic Mexican cuisine, and Cueva De Leon far exceeded our expectations. The meal started off wonderfully with their spicy salsa and crispy chips. I dined with my parents, and the portions were definitely generous and satisfying. My wife and I had recently lunch in Cueva de Leon and really, really enjoyed it! Starting with delicious chips and salsa and very attentive waiting staff, we ordered the Cueva Special and Chicken Quesadillas. Everything was delicious and we could feed outside in a comfortable shaded seating area. We will definitely return!
Stopped for a quick bite on the way through town and pleasantly enjoyed the #6 green chicken enchilada plate, service was super quick and friendly.
Great food there and real nice folks that served my friend and I. If your in the area, Please visit this place as the people here are great and take your time and enjoy the food and friendly folks.
Not my first choice, but this was the only place open during our trip. We were pleasently surprised. The fajitas were out of this world good! Guac was real not store bought, chips were warm and tasty. The place is not much to look at , I wouldn't call it a dive but no complaint since the food is great. Will plan on coming the next time we are in town, ordering Fajitas for two next time
Delicious, authentic mexican food. You can order a massive plate with big variety for only a few bucks!
