Ziggi's Coffee - Fort Collins

I tried the spicy chai at this restaurant. The service was quick. They put a small sticker on the top of the cup, which I used to cover the sipping hole since it was raining.

The Redbull infusions at this restaurant are excellent, however, I have been consistently disappointed with their coffee drinks. It seems like they are charging prices similar to Starbucks for drinks that are not on par in terms of quality. The staff is very friendly and I have no complaints about the service, except for the fact that they have switched to a mobile rewards system and would not honor a fully punched card that should have entitled me to a free drink. I ended up spending over $15 on two drinks that did not impress me at all. In fact, I was so unimpressed that I threw away the coffee and now I would like a refund, as I believe I should not have had to pay for it since I had earned a free drink. Next time, I will go to Starbucks where I can get a better-tasting drink for the same price.

I made the switch to being a regular at Ziggis instead of Dutch Bros! Alex, Anna, and Julia who work at this location helped solidify that more! They are amazing people and they think my pups are cute! Ziggis Coffee couldn't ask for three better people to represent their brand! Thanks! ????

Today is my birthday and I ordered the incorrect birthday size, an Italian soda. I was told in a curt time I had to pay for it instead of getting the correct drink. I was told I can come back tomorrow or they could make two drinks and I could pay for one of them after splitting the large into 2 drinks. They finally gave me a 16oz Italian soda. I have bought many drinks at one time but started going to Dutch bris which is closer snd they create s magical coffee experience. I quit driving here because the drinks are not worth sacrificing customer service when I can get both elsewhere?
