Subway - Fort Collins

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. The young staff member seemed to either dislike everyone or had a problem with people of color. He loudly yelled at my significant other, rudely asking him what he wanted and then questioning how he communicated his order. The young man then told him they would have to wait, which shocked other customers and frightened my 3-year-old child. This is no way to treat anyone, and I sincerely hope others choose to spend their money elsewhere. It was such an uncomfortable situation that my significant other decided to leave and said, "You can keep the sandwiches; we’ll take our money somewhere else." I'm disgusted and disappointed by this experience.

I'm not sure why this special subway isn’t more well-known. We visit this spot frequently. The location is clean, and the staff is friendly. During my visits, it hasn’t been overly busy. I usually just get the veggie salad, but my partner goes more often and orders sandwiches. He’s always satisfied with his food.

Eating was not the best for a child meal with only white bread and melted cheese asked. he put the sandwich in the toaster closed so that we got shredded cheese and were burned outside the brotes. I asked that salat got a few pieces and jalapenos and got a tonne of them, everything that was not controlled by the employees was in order. Soda machine and chips.

The workers were nice and fast eating just looked terrible in the bain! brown salat, crispy dry cheese, brown avocado and it could be alittle more pure.

We ordered party subs for an event we hosted, and everything was fantastic. The food was fresh and delivered right on time. Ray provided excellent service and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
