Mcdonald's - Fort Collins

Riyleigh Brock ran out of the line to get us our fries. If you want your food 100% with a smile on your face, this is the place. I hope he is always present when we get food! Fantastic experience. 5 stars

Instead of a combo meal price, I was charged individual prices, my coffee came with 3 sugars instead of 3 creams. My second coffee tasted like hot water. A shift leader offered me an apology the explanation that the lady was new.

Bryan at this point deserves absolutely a promotion. I never felt so welcome to a McDonalds before. This man is absolutely real and friendly. He ordered a lot more than a quick visit. He felt like I've been here before and saw an old friend. I wouldn't be surprised when I came back at a later time and saw that he went up in rows. He deserves it absolutely. Bryan makes these McDonalds out of everyone else.

Lines were very long, but Elijah in the first window held things as fast as possible. Young lady in the 2nd. Window had my order ready and was nice and friendly. I always have a great service at this point.

You can only expect so much from fast food. But I find quality is always the same (good). I did feel that customer service could have been better but food was quick and good.
