Mama Roni's Pizza - Fort Collins

We've always loved Mama Roni's calzones. We've been eating them as long as we've been in Fort Collins. Our last order, however, was noticeably different. I ordered a regular size calzone for 8.99 and a large' calzone for 15.99. The regular size was the same as we remember, but the large' was only about 1.5x bigger. For almost double the price, I'd expect double the calzone, but this one is just 3 slices versus 2 slices. If it's due to inflation or whatever, I'd gladly pay more for an actual bigger calzone. So to anyone who loves the calzones this is a warning: just buy two regular size instead of the family size.

I went to this restaurant late at night, right before they were closing at 8:15. When I arrived, I noticed that there were high school or college-aged kids hanging around both sides of the counter. At first, I thought they were customers until they greeted me and quickly moved aside to help with my order. It seemed like the young workers had their friends in and out of the kitchen, playing loud music that included inappropriate language. While I wasn't too concerned as I've seen similar antics in other food establishments run by young employees, I can understand how it might be off-putting for others. I also observed some questionable behavior like someone taking items from the cooler without paying, although I hope they eventually did. When I got home, I found that my food wasn't properly wrapped and was cold before I could even eat it. Despite these issues, I still enjoy their pizza rolls. However, I suggest that the restaurant should be more mindful of how their actions and environment can impact customers' experience.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I called to order 9 pizzas for my daughter's birthday party a day before the event, paid $160.00, and never received the pizzas. I do not recommend ordering from this place for a birthday party as they are incompetent and unreliable.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I will definitely order again. The dough seemed to be handmade and the ingredients were fresh. The delivery service was excellent and the order arrived within the specified time frame. I would highly recommend this restaurant, 10/10.

I ordered online and I expected a 30-minute waiting period that was not a big thing. I show myself that after 30 minutes, I'll pick up my food and they told me it would take 10 minutes. I can wait 10 minutes. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. I wouldn't have been so upset if I was told 30 minutes until my food was ready, but said 10 and wait 30 is my time dismayed. would not recommend.
