Himalayan Bistro - Fort Collins

This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we were really impressed! We tried the vegetable coconut curry, which was absolutely amazing—so full of flavor! The rice was perfectly tender, and the Dal soup was simply incredible. We can't wait to return and try more dishes!

I haven't personally visited Himalayan Bistro, but my husband and I often order delivery from them through Order Up! I've tried a lot of items from their menu, and everything has been delicious. Some of my favorites include the vegetable samosas and the lamb korma. Their chai tea is also incredible!

We were thoroughly impressed with the food tonight. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The tandoori chicken and coconut curry were perfectly executed and packed with flavor. This place is likely to become our new favorite!

Our first time at the Himalayan Bistro was wonderful! I'd say easily the best around in this type of food from the Himalayan region, and we have some pretty good restaurants in this genre, in Northern Colorado!

I made it to Himalayan Bistro for dinner last Friday and absolutely loved it! The restaurant featured stunning pictures from Nepal, staff was very friendly and the drink choices kept me happy. Best part: the food was absolutely amazing! I had a momo appetizer and chicken Briyani. Both were full of flavor but not super spicy. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the items on the menu. Thanks for bringing more Nepali cuisine to Fort Collins. Absolutely recommended!
