It's in a strip mall but it feels like a local diner where everyone is a regular...probably cause the breakfast menu is amazing. Honestly want to make this place my second kitchen. View all feedback.
Excellent food and service. Had omelets and pancakes today. We have to come back to try lunch as the choices were many.
Doug’s is an interesting mix of greasy spoon meets, Mexican restaurant. The food is solid. The green chili is very much Colorado style for those of you who don’t know it’s almost more of a soup rather than the New Mexico more chopped green chili but it’s worth a stop if you’re hungry. The bacon was thick and was a little overcooked for my taste, but definitely edible.Wheelchair accessibility the tables are close together and the path of travel are not all clear, but there is a variety of seating options. The bathroom has are single stalls and are big enough although there’s chairs in the hallway that makes the path a little bit tight.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility the tables are close together and the path of travel are not all clear, but there is a variety of seating options. I love Doug's diner but today's serving was bad. Cold omelet, biscuit hard as rock. My guess omelet was burnt. Obviously, cook had a bad day.
Was in town visiting a friend and we chose to have a bite here. The huevos rancheros were quite delicious. I ordered mine Christmas style. Both chilies were flavorful, the service was excellent and very friendly. I'm glad I have learned of Doug's Diner, great value and delicious diner food.
