Kfc - Fort Carson

This restaurant is not only one of my clients, but I also eat there to get a closer look at their operations. The kitchen is pristine, and they do an excellent job overall.

I ordered some chicken strips recently, and they were quite old—really dry and not fresh at all. The fries were way too salty, and the portion was large but also dry. Overall, the meal was disappointing and felt stale.

The service was incredibly quick, the staff was very friendly, and most importantly, the food was hot and delicious.

This restaurant is not only one of my clients, but I also dine here frequently, which gives me a chance to see behind the scenes. The kitchen is immaculate, and they do an excellent job overall.

I waited for 30 minutes, and they turned off the lights. I sat by the window for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged, neither for my order nor for payment. I almost drove away thinking they were closed, but no one communicated that. It was pretty disappointing.
