This place is hit or miss. 1. Food is always really good. Never had a bad experience with the food. 2. Wait times can be excessive. The text notifications to are not accurate. For example, when ordering online and yiu choose to receive text notifications, it will say order has been placed in the oven; will be ready in 8-10 minutes . This is not always true. "Amazing! I was visiting from out of town and stayed at the Hampton Inn (Fort Benning location). The service was quick, the driver was extremely friendly, and the food was still warm and delicious! It was so nice to receive such excellent service. Thank you to the whole team!"
My husband asked for a heart-shaped pizza for a special occasion and the manager was very accommodating. She took our order and made a beautiful heart-shaped pizza. The pizza was delicious as well. The place always looks clean whenever I have visited the restaurant.
This review is specifically about the driver named Kevin. He was very slow in delivering the order. Although he said he had delivered the pizza and called (which he did), when I answered, he acted like he couldn't hear me and stood at the door for 2-3 minutes before leaving. I waited outside and spoke to either his manager or coworker, Kaden, who Kevin apparently told that he had been there for a while and tried calling but received no answer, even though I had picked up when he called and even called back. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant, especially if Kevin is your driver. Good luck getting your food.
The workers are very polite and always checked on me when I was there. Their delivery times can get up to two hours so if you're going to order and you want it fast just do carry out. Especially the people in the reviews complaining about a wait when theylive a few minutes away.. Deliveries are done in the order placed not by how close you live.. The food is really good and if amistake was made (which was rare they were always quick to fix it. Seems like a tight knit group from talking to some of them:
Completely over Dominos!! I stopped ordering from them for a while because they were always messing up my order or something was missing! But this is just ridiculous! I ordered Parmesan bites and I got greasy Parmesan chips! I will NEVER order here again!It was a waste of money and time! I?m throwing them straight to the trash where they belong.
