Bad customer service on drive thru. Had five hard shell tacos on my order and one shell was broken. This was probably because the bag was harshly handed to me despite containing fragile hard shell tacos. View all feedback.
Got my food in an abnormally short amount of time. When I opened it, I realized everything was rock-hard stale and lukewarm. It doesn't take long to make a fresh chalupa. I don't know why anyone would pre-make them and leave them out all day. The temperature made me suspect it wasn't under a heat lamp recently. That can't be food safe.
6.50 for a thin, uncut quesadilla and the taco was even worse. I understand it's taco bell but come on, I'd be embarrassed to say I work here. Pathetic do better.
Maybe have the music softer so staff can hear your order. Wanted a number 8. Only heard wanted one.. had to spend more money and buy 2 more.. on HIS

Chicken quesadilla is suffering from shrinkflation. Very small, not a good value. All in all not impressed.
