I had a negative experience at the restaurant. The bottom bun of my flamethrower burger had a piece of plastic on it and my fries were cold. The service provided by the young man, Jessie, at the window was excellent. However, the quality of the food did not match the price, especially considering the long wait time in the drive-through line. There is no excuse for serving cold fries after waiting almost 15 minutes in line. Everything should be fresh and hot. This was a take-out experience.
I rarely write reviews, but we decided to stop at this restaurant on our way back from the beach and were extremely impressed by the exceptional service provided by an employee named Ms. Casey. She went above and beyond in terms of kindness and overall customer service. She truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding performance. The service was top-notch and we were there for dinner.
This DQ is perhaps the best I have been to in years. The food and service were excellent. The service was prompt and friendly, perfect for a dinner outing. The prices are very reasonable, averaging between $1 to $10 per person. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all with a solid 5 out of 5.
