The bar has a timeless charm that makes guests feel at home even before their first drink. The husband-and-wife team have crafted a welcoming space that attracts both locals and tourists. Whenever someone is in town for the Quigley event or simply passing through Forsyth, they make sure to stop by Buff's for a cold beverage!

I definitely plan to come back just to catch up with him. Kurt, I've even written a poem about my experience, and you’re a part of it! Thank you for everything!

They have an impressive selection of keno and poker machines, and the food is surprisingly outstanding for typical bar fare. There’s a wide variety of slot machines to play, and the mounted Mule deer and Antelope enhance the atmosphere beautifully. It’s a fun spot to relax and socialize. I truly miss the owner; he treated my hunting partner and me exceptionally well.

The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and when I asked if my dad and I could share it (since he's 90 and has a small appetite), they kindly doubled the sides for us at no extra cost! We also enjoyed the charming historic building and the quaint, slowly fading town. We stayed next door at the Howdy Hotel during our trip to Minnesota. It would be fantastic if someone could buy the hotel, restore it to its former glory, and encourage travelers to take a detour off I-94 to visit Forsyth. The people there are truly wonderful!
