Why is there a tip line on the receipt when this is a pickup only store?You feel obligated to tip someone who isn't making wait-staff wages, and today those extra dollars matter to most family's budgets...The food is usually good, but I don't like to go here because of the tip line and those awkward moments. What Charles Howell doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I ordered 50 minutes before closing gave a $11 tip and still haven’t got my pizza this is the 2nd time I haven’t got it also the people that work here are terribly rude View all feedback.
I ordered online for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I clicked “im here” on the email and received instructions to remain in my car. However, after 5 minutes, I decided to call the store and the employee said they don’t offer curbside and I would have to come in. Normally I wouldn’t have had a problem, but I was not dressed properly for the weather as I did not expect to have to get out of my vehicle. When I asked the employee about why the email instructed me to stay in my car, he said it didn’t apply to that store. He continued to dismiss my concern and act as if I were confused.
It's just whatever I mean you know whatever. I had the whatever and it was okay.
Horrible customer service. The owner of the branch was at the counter and was a total mental. didn't feel safe at all
