Walmart Supercenter - Forrest City

The Walmart in Forest City and the one in Wynn, Arkansas, are much better. They have friendlier staff, a more welcoming atmosphere, and are much cleaner. Our Walmart really needs some improvement!

I was disappointed to find that there are no cash payment or cashback options available at the self-checkout. The whole idea behind self-checkout is to allow customers to handle their transactions independently, and this limitation defeats that purpose. If I can’t pay in cash or get cash back, it makes the system less useful for me.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The second bathroom was dirty, and there was no soap in the dispenser. Additionally, I attempted to purchase a laptop through their confirmation process, but they couldn't locate it in stock. As a result, I canceled my financing agreement, but I’m still being charged nearly $300 in fees related to the confirmation.

Miss Beatrice in the auto center went above and beyond. I was in need of RV tires since two of mine were going bad. I arrived at 6:55 pm, they close at 7. She not only took the time to look if they had the size tires I needed, but also set things in motion for me to get my tires changed. Ezra and Jamarrius both super nice, changed my camper tires. I was on my way home to Texas from Illinois. I thought I was going to have to stay the night in the parking lot until 7 am the next morning. But Beatrice, Ezra, and Jamarrius made it possible for me to make it home to Texas without any interruption. All three of these employees should be rewarded for going the extra mile for a complete stranger. This is the type of customer service that most people only get to read about, but I was lucky enough to see it first hand. Thank you again to Beatrice, Ezra, and Jamarrius at the Forrest City, Arkansas #91 store for taking the time to help a stranger out, it will never be forgotten.

Not enough variety to choose from was looking for insect repellent (deep wood off)
