The staff at the counter were not adequately prepared for their jobs. The shrimp we ordered was way too salty—who puts salt on shrimp? We even had to pay for water! After receiving our bill, we noticed that we were charged an extra dollar for grilled shrimp, and this happened twice! The service was terrible, just as disappointing as the food.
