What Charles West doesn't like about Blue Flame Cafe:
Chitterlings wasn't done and the meatloaf taste like it had four chz spaghetti sauce on it. The greens was salty and there were no mask hairnets gloves or handwashing presant. Roaches on the ceiling. Really sweet lady behind the glass inside. They DO NOT have debit or credit machine and she allowed us to go next door to the bank and get money to pay AFTER we ate. Don’t let the confusing directions on google maps make you pass it by. Sweet staff and great little soul food cafe. View all feedback.
