That’s how amazing i... read more Our favourite restaurant in Modena. This is our second time here, and this time we actually came to Modena just to eat at this restaurant . That’s how amazing it is. Everything is delicious, the flavours are spot-on, and the portions are generous. The staff are all incredibly lovely and welcoming, and we noticed they’ve renovated the place too — it looks even better now! And of course, it’s not touristy, which makes the whole experience feel even more authentic and special. It’s pretty packed even on weekdays, which shows how popular it is, so it’s definitely better to book in advance if you want to come here. Totally worth the visit every single time.

Dinner with friends for my birthday, I liked the flexibility of being able to add two more places at the last minute. The pork cheek stew with roast potatoes was excellent, and the chocolate salami was just like my grandmother used to make. Even those who ordered the gramigna pasta with sausage and the 9 dita pasta said it was really good. The staff was friendly, the place was welcoming and unpretentious. The price was mid-range. I recommend it. I'll be back.
