H... read more Wonderful location, truly superb hospitality, extraordinary food. Chef Matteo Faenza cooked us a five-course menu, each with an Asian or South American twist. He's the Emerging Chef of 2025. I don't even need to describe the dishes, or the pairing by Sommelier Denise (young but with clear ideas). The price is above average, but it's worth the trip and the experience. See you soon!
