Okay, it's basically a restaurant in a sports club, but I have to say I've been hit by raw materials and everything I ate. Appetizer with meats and cheeses very fresh and tasty (probably some farm in the area). A very tasty and well-prepared first dish (paccheri con porcini chestnut e guanciale croccante). Arrosticini of soft and tasty sheep (in Rome and surroundings it is very difficult to find so good) and cut of meat of excellent quality. The wine of the house also defended itself well.
